1. Definitions

• "Garuda Wing" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the educational service operated at 217 Lat Phrao Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
• "Participant" / "You" refers to any individual who enquires about, enrols in, or participates in a Garuda Wing programme.
• "Programme" refers to any of the educational offerings provided by Garuda Wing.
• "Services" means all educational programmes, materials, mentorship sessions, and related support provided by Garuda Wing.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in full.
• "Content" refers to all programme materials, handouts, reference sheets, and any other educational materials provided by Garuda Wing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, confirming enrolment, or attending a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

3. Service Description

Garuda Wing provides financial education programmes for adults in Bangkok, Thailand. Our three current programmes are:

• Foundations of Saving (5 weekly sessions)
• Navigating Thai Financial Systems (6 sessions over 3 weeks)
• Comprehensive Financial Literacy Mentorship (4 months, weekly sessions)

All programmes are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice under Thai law or otherwise. Participants should seek qualified licensed professionals for advice specific to their personal financial, legal, or tax circumstances.

Programme availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify programme content, format, and scheduling with reasonable advance notice.

4. Enrolment

4.1 Registration and Confirmation

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless an alternative written arrangement has been agreed. A place in a group programme is not reserved until payment is received and confirmed.

4.2 Participant Eligibility

Our programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above. Individuals under 40 may be considered at our discretion where their circumstances are suitable. All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

4.3 Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time and location. Sessions missed due to a participant's absence cannot typically be refunded. Where a participant provides advance notice, we will endeavour to accommodate rescheduling where group or mentor availability permits.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB)
• Current fees: Foundations of Saving — ฿5,600; Navigating Thai Financial Systems — ฿17,500; Comprehensive Financial Literacy Mentorship — ฿47,000
• Payment is due in full prior to programme commencement unless a written instalment arrangement has been confirmed by Garuda Wing
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the enrolment process
• Fees are inclusive of all programme materials and reference handouts unless otherwise stated

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Participant

• Written cancellation received more than 14 days before programme start: full refund, less a ฿500 administrative handling fee
• Written cancellation received 7–14 days before programme start: 50% refund
• Written cancellation received less than 7 days before start, or after programme commencement: no refund. A credit toward a future programme may be considered at Garuda Wing's discretion.

6.2 Cancellation by Garuda Wing

If Garuda Wing cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment, educator unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a full refund will be issued. Garuda Wing will not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from such cancellation.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with educators, mentors, and fellow participants throughout all sessions. The following are not permitted:

• Recording sessions — audio or video — without prior written consent from Garuda Wing
• Sharing session content or materials with third parties for commercial purposes
• Disruptive behaviour that interferes with other participants' learning experience
• Any conduct that is harmful, discriminatory, or threatening toward any person

Garuda Wing reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if conduct is found to be seriously disruptive or harmful, after reasonable warning where circumstances allow.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, handouts, reference sheets, curriculum content, and written resources provided by Garuda Wing remain the intellectual property of Garuda Wing. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own private learning purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Garuda Wing content without written permission is not permitted.

9. Confidentiality

Personal financial information that participants share during sessions — whether in a group or mentorship context — is treated as confidential by all Garuda Wing educators and staff. We ask that participants similarly treat information shared by other participants in group sessions as confidential, out of respect for fellow learners.

10. Disclaimers

Garuda Wing's programmes are provided for educational purposes only. We make no representation that programme content will result in any specific financial outcome for any participant. Financial circumstances vary widely between individuals, and educational content cannot substitute for personalised professional advice.

We take reasonable care to ensure programme content is accurate and current. However, Thai financial regulations, tax law, and social security provisions are subject to change, and Garuda Wing cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most recent legislative position at the time of delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Garuda Wing's liability to any participant arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fee paid by that participant for the relevant programme.

Garuda Wing shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including financial loss arising from decisions made on the basis of programme content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Garuda Wing, its educators, and staff harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of programme materials or content.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a Comprehensive Mentorship engagement with 14 days' written notice. In such cases, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable; fees for sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Garuda Wing may suspend or terminate access to Services immediately in cases of serious misconduct or breach of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage any concern or dispute to be raised directly with us first, so that we may attempt to resolve it informally. Please contact us at [email protected].

If an informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, and governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services, superseding any prior communications.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Garuda Wing may assign its rights in connection with a transfer of business.
• Notices: Written notices under these Terms should be sent to [email protected] or the postal address above.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, please contact us before your next programme session.
